Booking and your rackets

• Book a stringing job: pick a racket, a string and a tension, and agree a drop-off time with your stringer.
• Split tension, for anybody who strings mains and crosses differently.
• Badminton and tennis rackets, with the tensions and weights each sport actually uses.
• Your rackets, and the full stringing history of each one - including “same again”, read off what was really strung.
• Find a stringer near you, filtered by the sport you play.

Running your shop

• A job queue that groups the day’s work by what each job is waiting for, and lifts anything needing your answer to the top.
• A price list per sport: your labor, the strings you sell, grommet care and stencils.
• String stock that counts reels and packs, and comes off the shelf when you say which reel a racket came off.
• Walk-in customers, written down at the counter, with rackets and a history of their own.
• Jobs opened at the bench, already dropped off, for the rackets that are already in your hand.

Both sides

• Message your stringer directly, with schedule proposals answerable from the conversation.
• Rate a finished job, and change your mind afterwards.
• A photo for your account, shown to the people you deal with.
• Push notifications for the moments that matter: a booking, an agreed time, rackets ready, and a new message.
• Sign in with a fingerprint, face or screen lock, once you enroll a passkey.
• Report a message or a review, and block somebody you would rather not hear from again.
